Many different lumber patterns have been milled since the development of tools used to change the shape of wood. Each pattern or profile has been designed for a specific application or a particular look. Bevel siding, beaded ceiling, V-partition, shiplap, flooring, and jamb stock just to name a few.
We stock many patterns at Detroit Forest Products, Inc. but it would be impossible for us to stock all of the patterns that have been run over the years.
If you need a pattern that is not in stock or is no longer being produced, we can custom mill it for you.
